FRICKE Group – Logistics
Are you looking for a new career challenge? Have you already gained some initial professional experience in logistics and perhaps even had your first taste of working with spare parts or other merchandise?
The FRICKE Group is one of the leading distributors of agricultural machinery, garden equipment, commercial vehicles and spare parts. As one of the world’s leading dealers in the sector, we naturally have a modern logistics centre, a large warehouse and extensive stock levels. We offer our customers quality and a fast service to facilitate and safeguard their own workflows. Logistics therefore plays a very important role at FRICKE. This is the only way to ensure that orders are delivered as quickly as possible, thereby meeting both our customers’ requirements and our own high quality standards. Consequently, the logistics division within the FRICKE Group encompasses many different areas of responsibility and business units:
- Logistics staff – order picking, stock-in and stock-out, dispatch and preparation of goods are all part of your role.
- Logistics shift supervisor – independently managing staff, drawing up shift rosters and optimising processes are part of your remit.
- Operational Logistics Management & Coordination – You will be responsible for managing logistical operations, coordinating operational processes and ensuring a smooth flow of goods.
- Materials Management & Planning – This area also includes, amongst other things, correspondence relating to order processing and the monitoring of delivery dates.
- Supply Chain Management – Your day-to-day work will involve designing and optimising supply chains that span different sites and departments, as well as working closely with the purchasing, sales and logistics teams.
- Logistics Controlling – Your responsibilities will include analysing logistics key performance indicators, evaluating the performance of logistics processes and devising measures to optimise efficiency and costs.
- Spare Parts Advice – Your responsibilities will include, amongst other things, spare parts sales and providing spare parts advice.
