Technical office service vehicle parts and components (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Customer consultation and sales of vehicle parts and components
• Supporting the sales field service in the implementation of customer requirements
• Needs-based customer management including customer consulting and support
• Development or expansion of new business areas
• Quotation preparation and quotation follow-up
• Complete order processing including deadline tracking
• Support in case of quality problems in the communication with the producers
• Reclamation processing
• Initiating credit or debit memos
• Tight coordination with sales field service as well as coordination with relevant internal interfaces
• Support in technical projects
• Maintenance of master data

Your profile

• Completed technical training, ideally in vehicle construction
• Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant product groups
• Experience in sales of technical and explanatory products
• Sure handling of MS-Office and enterprise resource planning systems (Oracle or SAP desirable)
• Dependent, structured and organized way of working
• Results-oriented action and high customer orientation
• High resilience, motivation and ability to work in a team
