To ensure our continued success, we offer apprenticeships and are looking for you to join us at our Heeslingen site from 1 August 2027

Here's what you can expect

• A well-rounded apprenticeship: You’ll work on mechanical, electronic and pneumatic systems, learn to read circuit diagrams, assemble components and troubleshoot faults.
• In-house training workshop: You’ll practise the basics of metalworking and electrical engineering in our own training workshop – with a hands-on approach and under the guidance of our experienced trainer.
• Training partnership with Unilever: Another highlight of your training is the exchange programme with our partner Unilever at their Buxtehude site. There, you’ll gain fascinating insights into further production and plant technologies.
• Hands-on experience at the logistics centre: You’ll work directly with the modern conveyor and storage systems at our logistics centre and learn how technology and logistics work hand in hand.

What you need to bring

• Educational requirements: A Realschule leaving certificate or a good Hauptschule leaving certificate – your qualification will lay the foundations for a successful apprenticeship.
• A passion for technology: You’re interested in mechanical and electrical systems. Manual dexterity, a basic understanding of technology and attention to detail are among your strengths.
• Diligence meets initiative: You work conscientiously, contribute ideas and keep track of things even when the workload is high. You are keen to take on responsibility, learn new procedures, optimise processes and continuously develop your skills.
• Achieving more together: You enjoy working in a team, are open to engaging with others and actively contribute your ideas.
