The FRICKE Group’s traditional apprenticeship portfolio isn’t limited to a range of vocational training programmes. FRICKE also offers various degree programmes within the dual education system. A major advantage of a dual study programme is the balanced mix of theory and practice. This approach not only promises plenty of variety in day-to-day work and during your studies, but also a particularly versatile training programme tailored to the future demands of professional life.

The FRICKE Group cooperates with renowned universities of applied sciences and attaches great importance to comprehensive practical experience. This means that every student spends their semesters working in a company as well as at the university or university of applied sciences. However, during the course of their studies, students must also complete at least one work placement abroad.
In addition, during their work placements at one or more companies within the FRICKE Group, students gain experience in a wide variety of business areas and departments. They contribute to various projects and, in this way, gain a comprehensive insight into the entire company and its business processes.
This not only promises a varied student experience; it also helps students decide whether, and in which area or company, they should pursue a career with the FRICKE Group after graduation.
