Bachelor’s and Master’s Theses
Bachelor’s, Master’s and diploma programmes – the FRICKE Group has been and remains a popular partner for numerous theses. Anyone who decides to carry out their final-year project in partnership with the FRICKE Group will be assigned a dedicated contact person within the company. In addition, a designated member of staff from the HR department is always available to provide support. These measures ensure prompt feedback and represent a major step towards the successful completion of the thesis.
The findings from theses have often already been successfully implemented within the FRICKE Group. A well-known example of this is the FRICKE Social Day, which was held for the first time in 2016.
Internships for students
To complement a regular degree programme, the FRICKE Group also offers work placements in a wide variety of fields, departments and even at different locations both at home and abroad.
Student interns at the FRICKE Group are involved in responsible and interesting tasks and projects. The aim is to provide a deep insight into the relevant professional field during the internship and to enable students to gain practical experience. The placement is tailored to the individual student, and preferred departments are taken into account during the planning stage. There is also the opportunity to get to know several departments during the placement period.
Trainee programmes
The FRICKE Group offers trainee programmes in a wide variety of fields, departments and at various locations both in Germany and abroad.
The FRICKE Group attaches great importance to ensuring that apprentices gain a wealth of experience as part of the programme. Challenging tasks and projects await participants in the trainee programme. The ability to work independently is a prerequisite. The aim is for participating apprentices to gain practical insights whilst deepening their knowledge and professional experience. Theoretical knowledge gained during their studies can be directly applied in practice.
