Theses for students

Many students and graduates (m/f/d) have developed and written their final-year projects at a company within the FRICKE Group. It is not uncommon for the results to have subsequently been implemented within the company – with the involvement of the authors. One example of this is the FRICKE Social Day. Every year, our apprentices report on their projects and experiences on the f.inside blog.

From these many years of experience, a well-established culture and practice has developed regarding the handling of final-year projects and students. FRICKE is, in fact, a genuine partner in the development and implementation of a course project or final-year project. As part of their final-year project, every student is assigned a dedicated supervisor within the company and the relevant specialist department. Students therefore have a competent and experienced member of staff at their side, whom they can approach at any time with any questions. In addition to their personal and dedicated supervisor within the specialist department, a member of staff from the Human Resources department is also available as a permanent point of contact, offering advice and support.

It is very important to us to ensure regular and prompt feedback. This is the only way we can resolve challenges and uncertainties promptly and identify and rectify any errors.

Support in choosing a topic

Together with students, the FRICKE Group has already supervised the completion of many Bachelor’s, Master’s and diploma theses. The FRICKE Group is a popular partner organisation amongst students for final-year and diploma theses.

Anyone still looking for a reliable partner organisation for their planned thesis is warmly invited to approach the FRICKE Group with their ideas and suggested topics.

However, anyone who may still be looking for an exciting project for a final-year dissertation is also very welcome to get in touch. Here at the FRICKE Group, we offer numerous exciting projects ourselves and can assist with finding a suitable topic.

Theses are primarily carried out within the business sector at our company. However, we are also open to collaborations in the fields of development, design, production, project planning, sales and IT administration/applications.

Many students have already written their final dissertations for and in collaboration with the FRICKE Group, making a valuable contribution to our company.
The topic and research question for a final-year dissertation are, of course, agreed jointly between the company, the university (professor/lecturer) and the students. The work is then carried out in both an academic and a highly practical manner.
