As well as work placements and collaborations on final-year dissertations, the FRICKE Group also offers trainee programmes across a wide range of fields, departments and locations. Right from the start, apprentices have the opportunity to take on responsible and challenging tasks in the following areas:

• Supply Chain Management – Take on responsibility for your own national and international projects at an early stage and gain an understanding of the diverse processes throughout our supply chain.
• Purchasing / Product Management – Lay the foundations for your career in product management, take charge of your first projects and gain insights into working with our international purchasing offices.
• Finance, Controlling & Pricing – Gain an understanding of the FRICKE Group’s financial operations and work on a variety of projects in the areas of finance, controlling and pricing.
• Sales – Play an active role in shaping the further development of our sales processes, take on responsibility at an early stage and get to know our national and international sales structures.

The aim of the trainee programme is to gain a wealth of experience, deepen your knowledge and gain practical insights into day-to-day working life.
