FRICKE Group SE & Co. KG is a family-run, long-established company based in Heeslingen, northern Germany. Although situated in a rural area, the FRICKE Group’s headquarters is also very centrally located, between the Hanseatic cities of Hamburg and Bremen and the Lower Saxony capital, Hanover.

Staff development is a key focus within the FRICKE Group. We therefore offer our staff a range of opportunities for further training and professional development.
Our in-house FRICKE Academy enables us to develop our staff on a personal and individual basis. The programme includes specialised product training, language courses at various levels, MS Office training and management coaching.
We place great importance on helping our employees specialise in their respective fields through targeted staff development. In the workshop, it is possible to progress from agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d) via service technician (m/f/d) to workshop foreman (m/f/d). There is also nothing to prevent a move into the commercial side of the business (e.g. the repair helpline). The logistics department offers a wide range of roles. New recruits generally start in order picking and dispatch. After that, there is the opportunity to familiarise yourself with the other areas through various training courses (e.g. for a forklift licence). We offer our administrative staff the opportunity to specialise according to their individual interests (e.g. as a chartered accountant (m/f/d) or through a part-time Bachelor’s or Master’s degree). Furthermore, we provide training in soft skills and software training. This is offered through face-to-face sessions as well as e-learning modules.
We aim to inspire our staff to remain with the Group in the long term and therefore support individual professional development measures and career opportunities.
The FRICKE Group as a training provider & a springboard for careers
As one of the largest private groups in Germany within the agricultural machinery sector, we naturally wish to nurture and develop the next generation. To this end, we offer numerous apprenticeship and degree places.
As part of their training programmes, young people spend half a year in different departments, which may also involve a change of location. Thanks to our international locations, trainees and students also have the opportunity to spend time abroad. We also support our apprentices and students through numerous in-house seminars, including a two-week English course. Events and support at various trade fairs are just some of the highlights of the comprehensive and varied training programme at the FRICKE Group. Furthermore, we ensure our apprentices are fully prepared for their final examinations by offering an intensive exam preparation course. We are currently supporting more than 300 apprentices and dual-study students and plan to work with them on a long-term basis.
