FRICKE Trainee Programmes
The FRICKE Group offers apprenticeships in a wide variety of fields and at a range of locations, both in Germany and at our overseas branches.
A trainee programme with the FRICKE Group offers young professionals the opportunity, right from the start, to play a responsible role in tackling challenging tasks. The aim is to provide in-depth insight into day-to-day working life, the corporate culture and business processes. That is why we assign a mentor to every trainee at FRICKE.
FRICKE Professional Development
The personal development of our staff is particularly important to us at FRICKE. That is why we currently offer not only around 300 apprenticeship places, but also numerous opportunities for further education and professional development for our staff.
Through our FRICKE Academy, we provide a range of in-house training programmes – from MS Office training and language courses right through to management coaching. We are also keen to invest in the individual development of our staff. This is because, alongside social aspects and a family-like atmosphere amongst colleagues, we place great emphasis on our staff’s individual life planning. Whether they are school school students, students, apprentices, specialist staff or managers – we support them and plan for a long-term working relationship.
