No problem! Our HR team will be happy to give you advice on how to get off to the best possible start in your career. By submitting your application documents, you’re already making initial contact with your potential employer and showing us that you’re interested in an apprenticeship with the FRICKE Group. A complete application should include your CV, a photograph, a covering letter and your last three school reports. Please also feel free to include evidence of work experience placements, certificates and awards for special achievements, school and holiday jobs, as well as school projects.

You can apply to FRICKE either via the careers page or by email. It is always important to us that your application documents are complete.

We are looking for reliable apprentices and staff whom our colleagues can count on. That’s why school grades are important, but they aren’t everything. Overall, they are, of course, just one criterion among many that we consider during the selection process.

Prepare for your interview. Above all, we want to find out who you really are – impress us during the interview with your personality. Show us your interest in the FRICKE Group and, to round things off, feel free to ask us any relevant questions about the apprenticeship and the company.

To ensure you’re not too late and that all apprenticeship places have already been filled, the ideal time to apply is straight after the summer holidays. That’s when most companies are looking for apprentices and students for the coming year.

We conduct interviews in a relaxed atmosphere. After all, we want to get to know you better. We want to find out why you’ve applied to us, what particularly interests you about your chosen career, and exactly why you’re the right person for this role.
