Here's what you can expect
- Supporting management: Supporting the workshop’s commercial and technical management
- Planning workshop capacity: Scheduling and allocating the work to be carried out
- Supervising repair work: Assisting with, monitoring and checking that repairs are carried out professionally
- Supervising trainees: Supervising and supporting trainees
What you need to bring
- Training & Qualifications: Successfully completed technical training leading to a master craftsman’s certificate as an agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d), as a passenger car/commercial vehicle mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or service technician (m/f/d)
- Professional experience & specialist knowledge: Ideally, initial professional experience in a workshop and industry knowledge in the field of agricultural and construction machinery technology
- Personal skills: An independent and customer-focused approach to work as well as strong communication skills
