Here's what you can expect
- End-to-end process responsibility: Primary point of contact for the order-to-cash process, as well as the coordination and involvement of relevant national and international stakeholders
- Analysing & improving processes: Assessing the current state, identifying weaknesses and identifying opportunities for optimisation in terms of efficiency, costs and quality (e.g. lead times, manual steps or interfaces)
- Designing end-to-end processes: Defining and implementing future processes, as well as binding process standards, including interfaces with internal and external departments such as the online shop, sales, logistics (including returns), customs, accounts and IT
- Making performance measurable: Establishing a monitoring system for process targets and KPIs, as well as the continuous measurement and evaluation of performance
- Managing optimisation projects: Independently managing and implementing projects across end-to-end processes and their interfaces with internal and external departments
- Further developing IT systems: Managing the underlying (SAP) IT modules, from recording change requests through coordination with internal IT interfaces to testing and approvals
What you need to bring
- Education & Qualifications: A degree in Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Professional experience & specialist knowledge: Several years’ professional experience in consultancy, the SAP SD or O2C environment, or in the management of global procurement processes and project management, with a proven track record of success; An understanding of end-to-end processes and systems, as well as the improvement of data structures and process automation
- IT & Language Skills: Strong IT aptitude and practical experience with SAP, particularly the SD module; additional knowledge of related modules such as Finance is an advantage, as well as business-fluent German (min. C1) and very good written and spoken English
- Personal skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills, even at top-management level; a genuine interest in digital solutions, process automation, and in taking on responsibility and developing initiatives over the long term
