Here's what you can expect
- Providing expert advice: Providing expert advice to our customers on one of our product ranges, e.g. tractor technology, engine technology, seats, soil cultivation, grassland and harvesting technology, electrical systems, gardening and forestry equipment, or forklift trucks
- Handling enquiries: Handling customer enquiries regarding our product range over the telephone
- Handling customer enquiries: Dealing with other enquiries from our customers
- Preparing quotations and processing orders: Preparing quotations and processing orders
What you need to bring
- Training & Qualifications: Successfully completed technical training, for example as an agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d), automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable technical apprenticeship
- Professional experience & specialist knowledge: Ideally, experience in the field of agriculture / agricultural machinery
- IT & Language Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Windows applications, as well as business fluency in German (C1); initial experience with ERP systems, ideally with SAP S/4HANA, is an advantage but not a requirement
- Personal Skills: Strong communication skills, a genuine enjoyment of dealing with customers, and a friendly and approachable manner
