Here's what you can expect
- Providing expert advice: Providing expert advice to our customers on one of our product ranges, e.g. tractor technology, engine technology, seats, tillage, grassland and harvesting technology, electrical systems, garden and forestry technology or forklift trucks
- Handling enquiries: Taking customer enquiries regarding our product range by telephone
- Handling customer enquiries: Handling other enquiries from our customers
- Recording quotations and orders: Preparing quotations and recording orders
What you need to bring
- Training & Qualifications: Successfully completed technical training, for example as an agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d), automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable technical apprenticeship
- Work experience & specialist knowledge: Ideally, experience in the field of agriculture / agricultural machinery
- IT & Language Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Windows applications, as well as business-level German (C1); some experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA, is an advantage but not a requirement
- Personal Skills: Strong communication skills, a genuine enjoyment of dealing with customers, and a friendly and approachable manner
