Here's what you can expect
- Supporting operational maintenance: Carrying out in-house repairs and general manual work, with a focus on logistics
- Fitting out premises: Assembling, installing and moving office furniture, as well as carrying out general caretaker duties
- Maintaining outdoor areas: Providing key support with the seasonal upkeep and maintenance of the company’s outdoor spaces
- Ensuring safety and standards: Compliance with and implementation of applicable health and safety and environmental standards
- Ensuring communication: Passing on relevant information and documenting the work carried out to the project management team
What you need to bring
- Training & Qualifications: Completed vocational training in a trade or relevant professional experience in facility management would be an advantage
- Work experience & specialist knowledge: Technical understanding, manual dexterity; a forklift licence would be an advantage, a Category B driving licence is, however, required
- Language skills: Business-fluent German
- Personal skills: An independent, structured and reliable approach to work, as well as a friendly and service-oriented manner
