SAPHIR Maschinenbau, as part of the FRICKE Group, stands for practical, robust and tried-and-tested technology in the fields of grassland management, soil cultivation, and farm, industrial and municipal machinery. The attachments and components for our SAPHIR machines are finally assembled in Bockel to meet customer requirements.

Here's what you can expect
- Technology & workshop life: You can look forward to an apprenticeship where you can fully indulge your enthusiasm for technology, craftsmanship and hydraulics. You’ll work in the workshop, get machines up and running, and be responsible for the final assembly of our machines.
- Hands-on work: Whether working on modern machinery, welding or carrying out final assembly – you’ll be involved in the entire production process right from the start.
- Agricultural technology up close: You’ll work on robust attachments for grassland management, soil cultivation, as well as farm, industrial and municipal machinery, which will later be used across Germany in fields and agricultural machinery businesses.
What you need to bring
- Educational requirements: A Realschule leaving certificate or a good Hauptschule leaving certificate – your qualification will lay the foundations for a successful apprenticeship.
- Manual dexterity: You enjoy working with metal, tools and machinery, and have a good understanding of technical matters.
- Thinking on your feet & getting stuck in: You enjoy pitching in, are physically fit and don’t shy away from technical challenges.
- Achieving more together: You enjoy working in a team, are approachable and actively contribute your ideas.
