With GRANIT DMS, we offer car dealerships and garages a web-based solution for core business processes. These include, amongst other things, sales and order processing, stock and parts management, workshop and service orders, invoices, machine management and operational analytics.
Here's what you can expect
- Building up sales & acquiring customers: Helping to develop the marketing strategy for GRANIT DMS, identifying suitable customers and independently developing the sales territory
- Analysing business processes: Mapping existing sales, warehouse, workshop and service processes in collaboration with customers
- Communicating digital benefits: Presenting the software on-site or digitally, using specific workflows and opportunities for improvement in day-to-day operations
- Supporting implementation: Supporting customers from the initial consultation through the decision-making phase to the ongoing use of the system
- Supporting users: Assisting with the first steps in the system and answering basic questions about operation and processes
- Coordinating support: Structured recording and documentation of support enquiries, handling appropriate cases at first-level support and escalating complex technical faults to second-level support
- Providing reliable customer care: Maintaining reliable communication regarding outstanding queries and reported issues, whilst consistently following up on discussions, quotations and next steps
- Further developing processes: Gathering feedback from the market and working closely with the relevant sales, product and support departments to further develop sales, implementation and support processes
- Representing GRANIT DMS in the market: Presenting the solution at client meetings, events and relevant industry forums throughout Germany
What you need to bring
- Training & Qualifications: No formal IT training is required; what is essential is a good understanding of the day-to-day operations of dealers and workshops, as well as a willingness to familiarise yourself thoroughly with the product and digital business processes
- Professional experience & Expertise: Experience in a field-based consultancy role, ideally in agricultural machinery, the technical parts trade, workshop equipment or a comparable B2B environment, as well as the ability to explain complex solutions in a clear and practical manner
- IT & language skills: An interest in software and digital solutions, as well as business-level proficiency in spoken and written German (minimum C1)
- Personal skills: Clear and professional communication, an independent and structured approach to work, and the ability to describe technical problems in a comprehensible manner and pass them on to specialists; a high willingness to travel, approximately 70–80 per cent within Germany, and a Class B driving licence
