• Practical experience & theory: Your dual study programme takes place at the renowned NORDAKADEMIE in Elmshorn and spans seven semesters. During your practical placements, you will gain experience in various departments within the FRICKE Group.
• Combining technology and business: During your dual study programme, you’ll play an active role in business-related tasks and projects across various divisions of the FRICKE Group. Whether in procurement, sales or marketing – you’ll gain first-hand experience of the business processes within our company. In doing so, you’ll always be at the heart of what defines us: trading in technical machinery, vehicles and spare parts.

What you need to bring

• Academic background: Whether you have the Abitur or a good vocational baccalaureate – your qualification will lay the foundations for a successful degree course.
• Interested in technology – with an eye for business: You love numbers, processes and technology, and want to understand how everything works together. Ideally, you’ll have strong analytical skills and an interest in technical products and processes.
• Thinking proactively & getting things done: It’s important to you to work independently, take on responsibility and make a difference.
• Team-oriented & communicative: You enjoy working in a team, are open to others and actively contribute your ideas.
