Here's what you can expect

• Expert support: Telephone customer advice and sales of workshop equipment / capital goods
• Advising customers: Commercial and technical advice on the entire range of workshop equipment and fittings
• Selling products: Sales of workshop equipment, tools and services within the office
• Supporting the field sales team: Close and active collaboration with the technical field sales team
• Processing quotations and orders: Independently preparing and tracking quotations
• Managing projects: Organising and implementing project orders, e.g. for new workshop builds
• Handling customer enquiries: Handling other enquiries from our customers

What you need to bring

• Training & Qualifications: Successfully completed technical or commercial training, e.g. as a commercial vehicle or motor vehicle mechatronics technician (m/f/d), agricultural machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Work experience & specialist knowledge: Experience in the sale of capital goods is an advantage; ideally, initial experience in the sale of workshop equipment as well as technical understanding
• IT & language skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Windows applications, as well as a good command of German; some experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA, is an advantage but not a prerequisite
• Personal skills: Strong communication skills, a genuine enjoyment of dealing with customers, actively advising and selling, and a friendly and outgoing manner
