Would you like to combine your technical expertise with a customer-focused approach and actively contribute to our sales success? Then join our team and help us shape the future of our tractor technology business. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between customers, the sales team and internal specialist departments.

Here's what you can expect

Expert advice: Providing specialist and technical advice to our customers in the tractor technology product range – both by telephone and during occasional on-site customer visits
Handling enquiries: Receiving customer enquiries by telephone and initially clarifying requirements relating to our product range
Handling customer enquiries: Independently handling and following up on customer enquiries – from initial clarification through to the final solution
Preparing quotations & orders: Preparing suitable quotations and reliably recording and processing customer orders
Supporting project-based business: Providing support for project-related enquiries and contributing to bespoke customer solutions in the tractor technology sector

What you need to bring

Education & Qualifications: Successfully completed technical or commercial training, e.g. as an automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d), agricultural machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
Work experience & specialist knowledge: Ideally, some initial work experience in the field of agriculture / agricultural machinery / tractor technology
IT & language skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Windows applications, as well as a good command of German; some experience with ERP systems, ideally with SAP S/4HANA, is an advantage but not a requirement
Personal skills: Strong communication skills, a passion for working with customers, and a friendly and outgoing manner
