Here's what you can expect

• Advising customers & selling spare parts: Providing expert advice to our customers and selling spare parts for commercial vehicles and car trailers
• Supporting the field sales team: Collaborating with the field sales team to fulfil customer requirements
• Identifying spare parts: Locating suitable spare parts via electronic media
• Processing orders: Complete order processing, including tracking deadlines
• Managing quotation processes: Preparing and tracking quotations
• Handling complaints: Independently handling incoming complaints
• Point of contact for day-to-day business: Close coordination with the field sales team and relevant departments

What you need to bring

• Training & Qualifications: Completed commercial or technical training, e.g. in wholesale and foreign trade, retail, as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or as a motor vehicle/commercial vehicle mechatronics technician (m/f/d) 
• Work experience & Expertise: Good technical understanding and, ideally, some initial experience in areas such as telephone customer service, as well as basic commercial know-how
• IT & language skills: Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows applications; good command of German
• Personal skills: Strong customer focus, enjoyment of advising customers, excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
