Here's what you can expect
- Managing and further developing end-to-end processes: Analysis, management and continuous optimisation of defined processes in the order-to-cash environment, with a focus on invoice management and accounts receivable
- Optimising returns and complaints processes: Further development of cross-company-code processes, taking into account efficient and standardised workflows
- Acting as an interface & requirements management: Close collaboration between business departments, the SAP/IT team and international contacts, as well as the collection, structuring and technical evaluation of requirements for implementation in the SAP system
- Supporting international rollouts: Active involvement in fit-gap analyses, design, testing and data migration validation through to go-live and hypercare
- Coordinating & conducting tests: Planning, coordinating and carrying out functional and integration tests, including documentation and tracking
- Knowledge transfer & support: Planning and delivering user training, creating practical training materials, as well as providing international support to key users and tracking support tickets
What you need to bring
- Training & Qualifications: Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a wholesale and foreign trade management assistant (m/f/d) or industrial business administrator (m/f/d), or alternatively a degree in business administration or economics
- Professional experience & Expertise: Initial experience in the order-to-cash environment, ideally in the sales or accounts receivable department of an internationally active trading company, as well as a good understanding of invoicing, receivables management and related financial processes; experience in international projects or roll-outs is an advantage
- IT & language skills: Very good knowledge of working with ERP systems, preferably in the SD environment, as well as business fluency in German (at least C1) and good written and spoken English
- Personal skills: A structured, analytical and process-oriented approach to work, as well as strong communication skills and a passion for collaborating with international teams
