Here's what you can expect
- Keeping track of material master data: Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of material master data in the relevant systems
- Maintaining & optimising: Creating, updating, maintaining and cleansing master data in SAP
- Ensuring smooth processes: Professional maintenance and updating of master data to guarantee high quality standards
- Creating lists & preparing bulk data: Creation and preparation of structured lists, e.g. on purchase prices and material master data, for efficient and error-free data migration
- Reviewing processes & optimising rules: Ongoing review and further development of processes and rules relating to material master data to ensure efficient workflows
- Co-ordinating collaboration & clarifying requirements: Close co-ordination with Sales, Purchasing, Product Management and Logistics to review data requirements and ensure the accuracy of material master data
What you need to bring
- Training & Qualifications: Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), retail sales assistant (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade assistant (m/f/d), ideally with some initial work experience
- Work experience & specialist knowledge: An interest in working with data and figures, as well as some initial experience in the field of material master data, e.g. as a data manager (m/f/d)
- IT & language skills: Sound knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, as well as desirable SAP 4/HANA knowledge, business fluency in German (C1) and a good command of English
- Personal skills: A meticulous and structured approach to work, and a passion for working as part of a team
