Here's what you can expect
- Complaints handling: Reviewing and processing internal and external complaints regarding product and stock discrepancies, partial losses and collection orders
- Stock & credit note verification: Carrying out quantitative stock checks and issuing credit notes
- Supporting stock-taking: Active participation in the annual stock-take
- Coordinating interfaces: Close coordination with Purchasing, Quality Management and Operational Logistics
- Correcting stock levels: Systematic correction of stock discrepancies
What you need to bring
- Education & experience: Completed vocational training, ideally as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial qualification. Alternatively, many years’ professional experience in warehouse logistics.
- IT & language skills: Confident use of standard MS Office programmes; knowledge of SAP is desirable but not essential
- Personal skills: Strong communication skills, a friendly and approachable manner, and the ability to integrate into an existing team
