Here's what you can expect
- Implementing procurement operations: Independently planning spare parts and workshop supplies
- Purchasing correspondence: Communication with purchasing offices, suppliers and hauliers, as well as correspondence relating to order processing in German and English
- Tracking delivery dates: Monitoring delivery dates and order confirmations
- Maintaining data in the system: Maintaining relevant order parameters in the merchandise management system
- Keeping track of stock levels: Monitoring product availability and stock levels
- Improving delivery performance: Discussions with suppliers to optimise delivery capacity
What you need to bring
- Training & Qualifications: Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d), or a degree in business administration
- Professional experience & specialist knowledge: Relevant professional experience in a comparable role is an advantage, but not essential
- IT & language skills: Sound knowledge of MS Office, as well as business fluency in German and a good command of written and spoken English
- Personal skills: Strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility and the ability to work well in a team, as well as an independent, goal-oriented approach to work
