Here's what you can expect
- Shaping international product range development: Analysis of vehicle applications, markets and customer requirements in the tractor sector, as well as the establishment, structuring and further development of international product ranges
- Focus on regional market requirements: Contributing to product range strategies for different regions and market requirements, as well as maintaining and further developing product range logic, product structures and technical classifications
- Taking technical responsibility for product areas: Managing selected product areas within tractor technology, e.g. spare and wear parts for engines and engine components, drivetrain technology (clutch, gearbox, axles), electrical/electronic systems, as well as cab and vehicle equipment
- Monitoring market and competitive developments: Continuous analysis of relevant developments and close collaboration with internal departments such as Sales, Marketing and Quality Management
- Providing targeted support to sales units: Technical support for national and international sales units
- Preparing product information professionally: Creating practical product information, application descriptions and sales aids, as well as contributing to product training, presentations and market launches
- Supporting range expansions and product launches: Assisting with the further development of existing product ranges and the launch of new products
What you need to bring
- Training & Qualifications: Completed technical training, e.g. as an agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d), automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or a master’s qualification in agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics or automotive mechatronics (m/f/d), or a technical degree, e.g. in agricultural engineering, automotive engineering or mechanical engineering
- Work experience & specialist knowledge: A very good understanding of tractors, vehicle technology and their components, as well as a practical approach and an interest in spare and wear parts and in international product range and product management
- IT & language skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, as well as business fluency in German (C1) and a good command of English
- Personal Skills: A structured and analytical approach to work, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
