Here's what you can expect
- Carrying out vehicle handover procedures: Carrying out vehicle handover procedures together with our customers
- Planning workshop capacity proactively: Organising capacity utilisation and allocating jobs within the team
- Recording jobs accurately: Entering detailed job orders with all necessary data into our system
- Providing binding price and deadline commitments: Making reliable commitments to our customers
- Obtaining approvals: Organising payment approvals and order extensions
- Clarifying technical queries: Contacting manufacturers for technical support
What you need to bring
- Training & Qualifications: Successfully completed technical or commercial-technical vocational training, for example as a motor vehicle mechatronics technician / commercial vehicle mechatronics technician (m/f/d), motor vehicle/commercial vehicle mechanic (m/f/d) or automotive sales assistant (m/f/d), ideally with further training to become a motor vehicle/commercial vehicle master mechanic (m/f/d), a state-certified technician (vehicle technology) (m/f/d) or a certified service adviser (m/f/d)
- Professional experience & specialist knowledge: Professional experience in a workshop environment, service or after-sales is desirable – ideally with practical experience in the commercial vehicle sector
- IT & language skills: Proficiency in standard Office programmes
- Personal skills: An independent and customer-focused approach to work, as well as strong communication skills
