Here's what you can expect
- Practical experience & theory: Your dual study programme takes place at the renowned NORDAKADEMIE in Elmshorn and spans seven semesters. During your practical placements, you will gain experience in various divisions of the FRICKE Group.
- Varied tasks with responsibility: During your dual study programme, you will take on responsibility early on and actively work on business-related tasks and projects in various departments and companies within the FRICKE Group. Whether in procurement, controlling or marketing, for example – you’ll gain first-hand experience of the business processes within the company.

What you need to bring
- Academic background: Whether you have A-levels or a good vocational A-level – your qualification lays the foundation for a successful apprenticeship.

- Proactive & hands-on: It’s important to you to work independently, take on responsibility and make a difference.
