Here's what you can expect
- Actively helping to shape on-site processes: Supporting the commercial and technical management in day-to-day operations
- Coordinating workshop processes: Scheduling and organising upcoming work to ensure the workshop runs smoothly
- Overseeing repair processes: Assisting with the carrying out of repairs, as well as monitoring and checking that they are carried out correctly
What you need to bring
- Training & Qualifications: Completed technical vocational training, e.g. as an agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d), two-wheeler mechanic (m/f/d), automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d), automotive electronics technician (m/f/d), commercial vehicle mechatronics technician (m/f/d), radio or television technician, or a comparable qualification, preferably with a master craftsman’s certificate
- Professional experience & specialist knowledge: Relevant professional experience in a comparable role, e.g. as a master craftsman (m/f/d), (deputy) workshop foreman (m/f/d), foreman (m/f/d), service manager (m/f/d), workshop coordinator (m/f/d) or diagnostic technician (m/f/d), as well as, ideally, an initial understanding of the agricultural, municipal and/or horticultural machinery sector
- Personal skills: Ability to work independently and in a customer-focused manner
