Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d)
What you can expect
- Responsible for accounts receivable: Independent and timely processing of accounts receivable
- Book incoming payments & monitor: Post account statements and monitor payment transactions
- Reconcile accounts: Clarification and reconciliation of open items and maintenance of debtor accounts
- Correctly posting business transactions: Posting current business transactions in the accounts receivable area
- Take over the dunning process: Independent handling of the dunning process
- Contact person in day-to-day business: Communication with our specialist departments, customers and suppliers
- Using modern systems: Working in a modern system landscape with SAP S/4HANA
What you bring
- Training & Qualification: Completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or comparable commercial training, e.g. as an office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d)
- Professional experience & expertise: Ideally first professional experience in financial accounting, especially in accounts receivable or accounts payable
- IT & language skills: SAP knowledge is an advantage, but not a must; confident use of MS Office programs; good knowledge of German
- Personal skills: Reliable and structured way of working; Personal responsibility and ability to work in a team; Diligence and accuracy
