Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d)

What you can expect

• Taking over accounts receivable accounting: Processing current transactions in accounts receivable accounting
• Account for payments: Posting account statements in day-to-day business
• Keeping an eye on accounts: Checking and reconciling open items and resolving differences
• Recording business transactions: Posting current business transactions in the system
• Implement payment transactions and dunning: Process dunning and process payment transactions
• Clarification of accounting issues: Contact person for our specialist departments, customers and suppliers 

What you bring

• Training & Qualification: Completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or a completed commercial training, e.g. as an office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or merchant (m/f/d) in wholesale and foreign trade 
• Professional experience & Specialist knowledge: Ideally professional experience in (accounts receivable) accounting
• IT & language skills: Confident use of MS Office programs and very good German language skills (C1)
• Personal skills: Friendly and engaging telephone manner as well as high motivation, team spirit and good understanding of numbers
