GRANIT as part of the FRICKE Group, is one of Europe's leading distributors of spare parts for agricultural and construction machinery, gardening, municipal & forestry technology and commercial vehicles. We supply specialist dealers and workshops in Europe, the USA and Canada from our 95,000 m² central warehouse in Heeslingen, Lower Saxony.

Clerk / Administration Incoming Goods (m/f/d)
What you can expect
- Recording goods shipments: Booking goods shipments in our warehouse management system
- Clearing delivery and order discrepancies: Coordination and processing of clarification cases with the purchasing department
- Pre-checking delivery bills: Checking and recording incoming documents in preparation for goods receipt
- Book service orders & stock transfers: Entry and processing of service orders, stock transfers and destruction
- Maintain key figures: Maintenance of key figures and statistics for internal evaluations
What you bring
- Training & qualification: Completed vocational training, preferably as a warehouse logistics specialist
- Professional experience & Expertise: First professional experience is an advantage, but we are also happy to give career starters a chance
- IT & language skills: Confident knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel and Outlook, as well as a good command of German
- Personal skills: Quick comprehension, networked thinking and acting, friendly and confident demeanor as well as willingness to work shifts
