We are constantly looking for clerks (m/f/d) in all divisions of the Fricke Group and are also happy to give career starters a chance. Depending on individual strengths and/or preferences, we can place you in different departments, e.g. purchasing, auditing, controlling, IT, logistics, marketing or sales.
What you can expect
(depending on the department):
- Administrative tasks: Administrative activities and support with various operational topics
- Dealing with correspondence: Telephone and written communication with relevant internal and/or external interfaces
- Creating reports and evaluations: Supporting the creation of reports, statistics and presentations
- Maintain master data: Management and maintenance of master data
- Project support: Support with projects
What you bring
- Training & qualification: Successfully completed commercial training
- Professional experience & expertise: First professional experience in office organization an advantage
- IT and language skills: Good IT skills, especially in MS Office and good knowledge of German
- Personal skills: Independent, self-reliant and diligent way of working as well as confident appearance and commitment
