What you can expect

• Warranty & goodwill processing: Independent processing and complete handling of warranty and goodwill cases in day-to-day operations
• Invoice & credit note creation: Creation of invoices and credit notes, taking into account commercial requirements
• Interface work & coordination: Close cooperation with workshop, workshop management and manufacturers to clarify and coordinate ongoing processes
• Customer support & communication: Telephone and written correspondence with customers
• Order management & data maintenance: Entry and maintenance of workshop and service orders in the relevant systems
• Commercial administration: Performing general commercial and administrative tasks
• Support in day-to-day business: Participation in internal projects and support of existing processes

What you bring

• Training & Qualification: Successfully completed commercial training e.g. as an automotive salesman (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d)
. e.g. as an automotive salesperson (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade management clerk (m/f/d)
• Professional experience & Specialist knowledge: Initial professional experience in workshop processing, warranty or invoicing an advantage
.
• IT & language skills: Confident use of MS Office and business fluent German
• Personal skills: Independent, structured and careful way of working as well as organizational strength, reliability and team spirit with a friendly and professional manner in dealing with customers
