Commercial Clerk / Service Assistant (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Support of the service department
• Recording, processing and invoicing of workshop orders
• Preparation of quotations and their monitoring
• Posting of incoming invoices
• Taking telephone calls and written internal and external correspondence

Your profile

• Successfully completed commercial training, for example, as a businessman in wholesale and foreign trade (m/f/d) or office clerk (m/f/d)
• Found PC skills (especially MS Office)
• Organizational talent and high customer orientation
• Dependent, self-reliant and careful way of working
