Commercial vehicle mechatronics technician / service technician (m/f/d) in field service

As a fitter (m/f/d), you will be responsible for field service in the Bremerhaven area. You will receive a permanently assigned workshop van with complete equipment. No overnight stays are required for the activity, as it is exclusively day trips that you plan and organize independently.

What you can expect

• Carry out fault diagnosis: Systematic troubleshooting with manual and automatic measuring and testing devices
• Execute inspections professionally: Inspections according to manufacturer specifications
• Take over maintenance & repairs: Maintenance, wear and accident repairs on all mechanical and electrical components of commercial vehicles
• Equipping vehicles: Equipping vehicles and machines with the necessary additional equipment and accessories
• Ensuring quality: Carrying out quality checks and functional tests
• Supporting customers on site: Customer service in the field

What you bring

• Training & Qualification: Ideally completed technical training, e.g. as a commercial vehicle/vehicle mechatronics technician (m/f/d) - we are also happy to give career and lateral entrants a chance;  Additional qualification as a diagnostic technician (m/f/d) or service technician (m/f/d) would be an advantage, but is not a must
• Professional experience & Expertise: First professional experience in a comparable position desirable; Enthusiasm for commercial vehicles as well as a C1 driver's license
• Language skills: Business fluent in German 
• Personal skills: Independent working style and willingness to learn
