Deputy Production Manager Vehicle Construction (m/f/d)
What you can expect
- Manage assembly & production: Take responsibility for assembly and mechanical production in vehicle construction
- Hands-on work in day-to-day business: Support through active collaboration when required
- Smooth order processing: Ensuring that all orders are processed smoothly in terms of technology and deadlines
- Supporting special solutions: Independent processing of technical issues and support for special solutions
- Team technical leadership: Management of the assembly managers and their deputies in the areas of special construction and dropside assembly
- Coordinate important interfaces: Contact person for sales, work preparation (WP), quality assurance (QA), design and production management
- Planning training courses : Organization and responsibility for training courses as well as maintenance and repair topics
- Drive processes forward: Collaborate on process optimization and continuous improvement of workflows
What you bring
- Training & Qualification: Completed training with further training as a master craftsman (e.g. as an industrial foreman in metal (f/m/d) or master mechanic (f/m/d) ), alternatively a comparable qualification
- Professional experience & Expertise: Multiple years of professional experience in assembly, mechanical production or vehicle construction as well as a good technical understanding and the ability to independently implement orders in practice
- IT & language skills: Business fluent in German
- Personal skills: First experience in a management or deputy management function desirable, as well as a structured way of working, assertiveness and communication skills
