Dual study program in business administration 2026 (m/f/d) with a focus on logistics & process management

Your tasks

• Practice & Theory: Your dual study program takes place at the renowned NORDAKADEMIE in Elmshorn and lasts seven semesters. During your practical phases, you will work in various areas of the FRICKE Group.Classic business studies with a clear focus: Your studies follow the classic business studies structure, but with a clear focus on logistics & process management right from the start.
• Varied tasks with responsibility: During your dual study program, you will actively work on commercial tasks and projects in different areas and companies of the FRICKE Group. The focus is firmly integrated into your in-company training right from the start. You will be specifically deployed in areas that involve the efficient procurement, storage, transportation and distribution of goods - both nationally and internationally.Variety with prospects: After successfully completing your studies, you will have numerous entry opportunities at the FRICKE Group, depending on your personal strengths and interests.

• Scholastic foundation: Whether you have a high school diploma or a good vocational diploma - your degree will lay the foundation for your successful training.
• Interested in logistics and retail: You are enthusiastic about commercial contexts, enjoy analyzing complex processes and want to understand how data, systems and processes interact in logistics.
