GRANIT as part of the FRICKE Group, is one of Europe's leading distributors of spare parts for agricultural and construction machinery, gardening, municipal & forestry technology and commercial vehicles. We supply specialist dealers and workshops in Europe, the USA and Canada from our 95,000 m² central warehouse in Heeslingen, Lower Saxony.

Employee Customer Data & Invoice Management (m/f/d)
What you can expect
- Process invoices & credit notes: Checking and processing invoices and credit notes in SAP S/4HANA
- Check complaints: Processing of invoice complaints
- Supporting inquiries: Independent support of commercial inquiries from our foreign branches and sister companies as well as close cooperation with the relevant interfaces
- Contact person in day-to-day business: Communication with internal departments and our customers
- Manage conditions & master data: Cross-company condition management and Europe-wide customer master data management (checking and managing master data)
What you bring
- Training & qualifications: Completed commercial training, e.g. as an office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), retail clerk (m/f/d) or merchant (m/f/d) in wholesale and foreign trade
- IT & language skills: Knowledge of MS-Office; business fluent German (C1) and good written and spoken English
- Personal skills: Independent, self-reliant and diligent way of working as well as conscientiousness, strong communication skills and team spirit
