Employee (m/f/d) Fleet Management

Your tasks

• Management of the existing rental fleet
• Disposition of rental and demonstration vehicles
• Execution of incoming and outgoing checks
• Return shopper control
• Contract management: creation of contracts, contract amendments and rewriting
• Processing of fine notices and toll settlements
• Communication with refinancing partners, suppliers and external service providers and workshops
• Development of rental offers
• Involvement in projects

Your profile

• Completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant (m/f/d) or forwarding agent (m/f/d)
• Experience in the management of vehicles is desirable
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Technical understanding is an advantage
• High service orientation and strong communication skills
