GRANIT as part of the FRICKE Group, is one of Europe's leading distributors of spare parts for agricultural and construction machinery, gardening, municipal & forestry technology and commercial vehicles. We supply specialist dealers and workshops in Europe, the USA and Canada from our 95,000 m² central warehouse in Heeslingen, Lower Saxony.
We are looking for you to expand our team at our Hemmoor location as a
Employee operational purchasing / disposition (m/f/d)
What you can expect
- Implement operational procurement: Independent scheduling of spare parts and workshop requirements
- Correspondence in purchasing: Communication with purchasing offices, suppliers and freight forwarders as well as correspondence in German and English as part of order processing
- Tracking delivery dates: Monitoring delivery dates and order confirmations
- Data maintenance in the system: Maintenance of relevant order parameters in the merchandise management system
- Keeping an eye on stock levels: monitoring item availability and stock levels
- Improve delivery performance: Discussions with suppliers to optimize delivery performance
What you bring
- Training & qualifications: Completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or merchant (m/f/d) in wholesale and foreign trade, or a degree in business administration
- Professional experience & expertise: Relevant professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage, but not a must
- IT & language skills: Sound knowledge of MS Office as well as business fluent German and good written and spoken English
- Personal skills: Strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility and team spirit as well as an independent, goal-oriented way of working
