Employee Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Processing customer and supplier complaints
• Processing of error causes and identification of improvement potential
• Design and implementation of process optimizations
• Conducting material and product tests
• Support of customer and supplier meetings
• Ensuring compliance with internal quality standards
• Planning and implementation of internal training measures in the production area
• Organization and execution of production-related inspections
• Collaborating closely with production and all relevant internal departments

Your profile

• Completed technical training, e.g. as a metalworker (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or (automotive/vehicle) mechatronics technician (m/f/d) with further training as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d)
• First practical experience, e.g. as a quality assurance technician (m/f/d) and/or knowledge of QA or quality management (QM) desirable
• Technical understanding is an advantage
• Business fluent German and good English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and resilience
