Field Service Area Manager (m/f/d) Forklift Spare Parts NRW

You will support and advise customers on site in North Rhine-Westphalia (Münster and the surrounding area) and also work from home. We will define the exact sales territory together with you, depending on where you live and your willingness to travel.

What you can expect

• Support & customers: Advise and support our active specialist dealers on spare parts and accessories for material handling equipment
• Developing the business area: Actively shaping and expanding the business area
• Securing sales success: Independent implementation of jointly set goals
• Strengthening relationships: Acquiring new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships
• Support marketing & business development: Participate in measures to further develop sales and positioning in the market

What you bring

• Training & qualification: Completed technical or commercial training or a comparable course of study
• Professional experience & expertise: First professional experience in the spare parts trade or in the field of industrial trucks as well as a good technical understanding, ideally supplemented by experience as a service technician (m/f/d)
• Personal skills: Confident appearance, enjoy dealing with people and enthusiasm for sales and networking
