What you can expect

• Leading & developing employees: Responsibility for leading, managing and developing employees in the areas of sales, warehouse and fleet
• Responsible for sales: Full sales responsibility in the sales area of the branch
• Advising customers: Advising customers in person and over the phone
• Conducting annual meetings: Preparing and conducting annual meetings
• Setting conditions: Agreeing and managing special conditions
• Manage customer center: Efficient organization and targeted management of the customer center as well as regular reporting to the management

What you bring

• Training & qualification: Successfully completed vocational training in the automotive sector or comparable technical training
• Professional experience & Specialist knowledge: Technical understanding and  knowledge of the commercial vehicle aftermarket; Basic commercial know-how
• IT & language skills: Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows applications; Good knowledge of German
• Personal skills: Very good grasp of complex processes and contexts as well as results-oriented action, structured work and negotiation skills
