Indoor sales representative (m/f/d) NFZ

Your tasks

• Competent advice to our customers and sale of spare parts for commercial vehicles
• Support of the sales field service in the implementation of customer requirements
• Spare parts identification via electronic media
• Complete order processing including deadline tracking
• Quotation preparation and tracking
• Reclamation processing
• Tight coordination with the sales field service as well as coordination with relevant interfaces

Your profile

• Successfully completed vocational training in the automotive sector, e.g. as a car/vehicle mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or further training as a service advisor (m/f/d), alternatively commercial training, e.g. as a businessman (m/f/d) in wholesale and foreign trade
• Technical understanding and ideally experience with the relevant product groups
• Fundamental commercial know-how
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows applications
• High service orientation, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
