Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) Hydraulics

Your tasks

• Competent advice for our customers and sales of spare parts with a focus on hydraulics & pneumatics
• Supporting the sales field service in the implementation of customer requirements
• Finding spare parts via electronic media
• Complete order processing including deadline tracking
• Quotation preparation and quotation tracking
• Complaint processing
• Consulting closely with the external sales team and coordinating with relevant interfaces

Your profile

• Successfully completed vocational training in the automotive sector or comparable technical training
• Technical understanding and ideally experience with the relevant product groups
• Basic commercial know-how
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows applications
• High service orientation, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
