We are looking for you to expand our team at the Münster location as

Internal sales employee (m/f/d) Bus spare parts

Your tasks

• Competent advice for our customers and sales of spare parts for buses and coaches
• Optimization, maintenance and monitoring of article and supplier master data in the bus sector
• Supporting product management in the implementation of various activities and research work
• Finding spare parts via electronic media
• Complete order processing including deadline tracking
• Quotation preparation and tracking
• Complaint processing
• Consulting closely with the external sales team and coordinating with relevant interfaces

Your profile

• Successfully completed vocational training, e.g. as a commercial vehicle or automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or comparable technical training
• Technical understanding and ideally experience in the commercial vehicle or bus environment
• Basic commercial know-how
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows applications
• High service orientation, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
