What you can expect

• Advise customers & sell spare parts: Competent advice for our customers and sale of commercial vehicle parts and components
• Supporting the field service: Supporting the sales field service in the implementation of customer requirements
• Manage quotation processes: Quotation preparation and quotation tracking
• Communicating quality issues: Supporting coordination with producers in the event of quality deviations
• Processing complaints: Independent handling of incoming complaints
• Process orders: Complete order processing including deadline tracking
• Initiate credit notes: Creation and processing of credit and debit notes in the event of discrepancies and complaints
• Supporting technical projects: Supporting the implementation of technical projects
• Contact person in day-to-day business: Close coordination with the sales field service and coordination with relevant interfaces
• Maintain master data: Careful maintenance and updating of relevant master data in the system

What you bring

• Training & qualification: Successfully completed vocational training in vehicle construction or the commercial vehicle/automotive sector or comparable technical training
• Professional experience & expertise: Technical understanding and ideally experience with the relevant product groups;  first experience in sales of technical and explanatory products
• IT & language skills: Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows applications; Good knowledge of German
• Personal skills: High customer orientation, strong communication and teamwork skills as well as an independent, structured and organized way of working
