Internal sales employee (m/f/d) â Vehicle construction components

Your tasks

• Technical advice and support for customers in the area of commercial vehicle components
• Quotation preparation, order processing and customer communication
• Supporting the field service in customer care and project management
• Market and competition analysis for the further development of our sales strategy
• Collaborating closely with product management, technology and logistics
• Maintaining and managing customer master data in the CRM system

Your profile

• Completed technical or commercial training, ideally with experience in vehicle construction or commercial vehicles
• Sales experience in a technical environment is desirable
• Technical understanding of components in commercial vehicle construction
• Confident handling of MS Office, ERP and variant management systems
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation and the ability to work in a team
• Sure handling of calculation procedures as well as a structured and independent way of working
