Internal Sales Representative (m/f/d) Hydraulics

What you can expect

• Advising customers: Competent advice to our customers on products in the areas of truck hydraulics and commercial vehicle attachments
• Supervise quotation processes: Preparation, processing and follow-up of quotations and reliable processing of incoming orders
• Identify spare parts: Identification of spare parts via electronic media 
• Processing complaints: Structured processing of complaints 

What you bring

• Training & Qualification: Successfully completed technical training, e.g. as a commercial vehicle or automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d), agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or alternatively commercial training, e.g. in wholesale and foreign trade
• Professional experience & expertise: First experience in internal sales as well as technical understanding and ideally first experience in the commercial vehicle environment
• IT & language skills: Confident use of MS Office and business fluent in German
• Personal skills: High service orientation and strong communication skills
